At Vibrant Mobile Valeting and Vibrant Detailing, we take pride in delivering premium ceramic coating services that protect, enhance, and preserve your vehicle’s finish.
To ensure every coating performs at its best, we’ve outlined the following terms, conditions, and warranty information.
These policies explain how we apply, maintain, and guarantee our coatings — helping you get the longest possible life and performance from your investment.
By booking with us, you agree to these terms in full.
⸻
1. Environmental & Application Conditions
Successful ceramic coating application depends heavily on environmental conditions.
If you do not have access to a permanent or fixed weatherproof cover (such as a garage or workshop) during and immediately after the coating process, the following environmental standards must be met for the coating to be applied:
• Suitable ambient air temperature for the manufacturer’s product specifications
• Suitable humidity level for coating application
• No rain, snow, hail, or other airborne moisture present
• No airborne contaminants such as dust, sand, or debris
• No direct sunlight on the panels during or after application (to prevent panel surface temperatures exceeding manufacturer limits)
If these environmental conditions cannot be met on the day of booking, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment to a more suitable date to ensure proper coating performance and curing.
⸻
2. Post-Application Curing & Care
2.1 Initial Curing
Once one (1) hour has passed after our departure, the coating will have cured sufficiently to allow normal use of the vehicle.
2.2 First 7 Days – No Chemical Contact
It is imperative that the vehicle is not washed and that no chemicals (including car shampoos, degreasers, or detailing sprays) come into contact with any coated surfaces for at least 7 daysfollowing application.
Failure to follow this instruction may cause partial or total coating failure, and will void any warranty(express or implied) from ourselves or any third-party warranty provider.
2.3 Vehicle Covers
If you normally store your vehicle under a weatherproof or dustproof cover, please note that the vehicle must remain uncovered for at least 21 days after coating application.
Moisture and humidity trapped under covers during this period can prevent proper curing and may result in coating failure.
Any use of vehicle covers within the first 21 days will void all warranties from Vibrant Mobile Valeting, Vibrant Detailing, and any third-party warranty providers.
2.4 Natural Curing Period
All coatings supplied and installed by us require a natural curing period of 7–21 days depending on conditions.
Any action that interferes with this process — such as washing, covering, or exposure to extreme conditions — may result in coating degradation and loss of warranty.
⸻
3. Warranty Coverage & Limitations
3.1 Standard Warranty
All ceramic coatings installed by Vibrant Mobile Valeting or Vibrant Detailing include a 12-month warranty provided by us, subject to proper care and maintenance.
3.2 Synergy Pro 3-Year Warranty
Vehicles coated with Synergy Pro Ceramic Coating receive a third-party warranty administered by Infinity Wax and are subject to the following conditions:
• The coating must be inspected by a Synergy Accredited Installer at 12 and 24 monthspost-application.
• During each inspection, the installer may apply a maintenance topper to the coated surfaces.
• If all maintenance and care requirements have been met, the warranty will be extended for an additional 12 months, up to a maximum of 36 months post-application.
• Inspection appointments are chargeable at current rates at the time of booking. Estimated pricing can be provided upon application, but may vary due to supplier and business cost changes.

4. Maintenance Requirements and recommendations (Warranty Conditions)
To maintain your warranty coverage, customers must adhere to the following maintenance guidelines:
• Regular Washing: we recommend that coated Vehicles be washed at least once every two weeks using the two-bucket wash method.
• Approved Cleaning Products: Only pH-neutral and non-caustic cleaning products may be used. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all third-party valeters or wash services comply with these product requirements.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: The use of acidic, strong alkaline, or caustic products (such as traffic film removers (TFR), acidic wheel cleaners, or strong degreasers) damage the coating and will void the warranty. These types of chemicals are specifically designed to strip any and all media on vehicle bodywork/glass etc.
• Correct Wash Media: We recommend using only microfibre or chenille wash mitts. Using inappropriate tools (e.g. nylon brushes) that cause scratches or marring may void any warranty.
• No Automatic Car Washes: The use of any automatic or drive-through car wash will immediately void the warranty.
• “Drive-In” Hand Car Washes: Using unverified hand car wash services (often using caustic chemicals or poor wash methods) will void the warranty.
A full guide to safe wash practices and recommended maintenance products is available upon request.
We also supply suitable pH-neutral cleaning products for customer use.
⸻
5. Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under any Vibrant or third-party warranty:
• Coating damage due to neglect, misuse, or improper washing methods
• Environmental damage (e.g. bird droppings, tree sap, industrial fallout) left untreated
• Damage caused by collision, abrasion, resprays, or surface repairs
• Any damage resulting from washing or detailing by untrained third parties
Where coating damage or failure occurs as a result of actions outside warranty terms, any corrective maintenance or reapplication will be chargeable in full to the customer following inspection.
⸻
6. Warranty Support
For customers who have purchased a Synergy Pro 3-Year Coating, a detailed warranty and maintenance guide will be supplied at the time of application.
All Synergy warranties are jointly supported by Vibrant Mobile Valeting, Vibrant Detailing, and Infinity Wax, subject to full compliance with the conditions listed above.
We strongly encourage all customers to contact us directly with any questions, concerns, or guidance requests regarding the care and maintenance of coated vehicles.
Our team is always happy to advise on best practices and maintenance schedules to preserve your coating’s performance and longevity.
⸻
7. Disclaimer
All coating warranties are conditional upon full compliance with these terms and care instructions.
Failure to follow any of the above guidelines may result in partial or total loss of warranty coverage.
These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the latest version before booking or service renewal.
Continued service bookings or maintenance inspections will constitute acceptance of the most current terms.
