By booking with Vibrant Mobile Valeting or Vibrant Detailing you (the customer) agree to the following payment terms and conditions:
For private and/or public customers, payment is required immediately upon complete on of the agreed works.
For trade customers and/or business to business transactions, payment is required within 5 business days of the invoice date provided upon completed works.
If payment is not made within these times, a “late payment” fee may be applied in addition to the invoice, amounting to £15 or 8% of the total bill, whichever is higher.
Booking date is only guaranteed once a pre-determined booking fee (equal to 20% of reserved services, or £100, whichever is lower) has been paid. We can only provisionally secure a booking date for 24 hours without receiving the booking fee. Where the booking fee has not been recieved by us within 24 hours, we must release this date to provide additional availability to our other customers. Any amount of booking fee already paid is deducted from total amount owed on final invoice.
The booking time and date can be amended if necessary by the customer without requirement for additional booking fee on one occasion only, with a minimum of 8 calendar days notice before the date of the booking.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 7 days notice.
Any cancellation or amendment made in less than 7 days prior to booking date will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or 100% if cancelled within 48 hours, whichever is applicable at the time of cancellation. Cancellation at anytime once a booking fee has been paid and a date secured will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required for future “new” bookings. Where the booking is made through a gift voucher, regardless of how said gift voucher is obtained (purchase, raffle prize, charity prize), cancellation within any 7 days of the booking date will result in forfeiture of said voucher upto 100% value of reserved services. Amendment of the booking date is possible with a gift voucher on one occasion only, providing a minimum of 8 days notice prior to original booking date is given.
Upon booking with us, you agree to make the vehicle/s available to us at the premises agreed to at the time of booking, with sufficient space to carry out any agreed works and within a safe and legal working environment for all our operatives and representatives. Where the booking is to take place at a location not owned, operated or controlled by the customer, it is the customer’s (including all private, public, trade and business customers) responsibility to obtain any relevant permissions for us to complete the agreed works. A full risk assessment is carried out by us upon our arrival at all locations. If an instance arises where our risk assessment deems any agreed works to be unsafe to complete at that time, or relevant permissions have not been obtained by the customer prior to our arrival, the appointment will be considered cancelled and a cancellation fee will applied to the booking amounting to 100% of the total reserved services.
Cancellation fees as above also applies if, upon our arrival on the day to complete any services at your pre-arranged location, completing this work is not possible in its entirety as agreed. An example of this would be, no access to the vehicle or the site to which the vehicle is being made available to us.
Cancellation fees are to be paid by all customer types in full no later than 11.59pm on the day the original booking was due to take place. Any payments made after this time will be subject to an additional late payment fee of 8% of the total reserved services per week until the fee has been paid.
Vibrant Mobile Valeting and Vibrant Detailing reserve the right to cancel and/or amend any bookings with a minimum of 30 minutes notice of the booking. Whilst we endeavour to achieve 100% reliability in completing all agreed works within the agreed appointment times, unfortunately some business requirements may force us to make adjustments to bookings. For example, spontaneous failure of any of our equipment that would be necessary to complete any agreed works successfully, poor weather at the time of booking that would render any works unsafe or unadvisable to complete (heavy rain that could water ingress into the interior cabin) etc. On occasions where we are forced to amend any booking with short notice (within 48 hours of booking date) a discount of £10 or 15% of the total bill (whichever is higher) would be applied to the amended booking date to compensate our customer for any inconvenience caused. This discount would be applied to the total bill and will not affect any previously agreed discounts already applied to the booking.
